Wonderful doctor!
I absolutely love Dr Wells! She fully listens to all my problems and I never feel rushed like I do at other doctor offices. The nurses and staff are always so friendly and I would recommend Lexington OBGYN to anyone.
Dr. Wells never took the time to listen to anything I had to say about concerns I had or how I was truly feeling. She second guessed my PCP decisions concerning other health decisions, etc. I always just felt like a number in her office. She was quick and in a rush all the time, after I had waited sometimes hours to be called from the waiting room. She could also be very condescending. I would not recommend her to anyone.
I was getting an IUD, and the office staff said they had gotten the quote from my insurance company. The office ended up telling me it would be 100% covered. Next thing I know I am getting a bill for the full cost around 800 dollars. I called my insurance company and they said that they had told them twice that they don't cover IUDs. I called the office and they said that they would take care of it and not to worry about it, and never heard from them again until I got a letter saying they were s
