I had a very good experience here! They were very quick upon check in. Everyone was very kind to me leading up to the Nurse Practitioner. The nurse practitioner was very thorough and addressed all of my concerns. Overall, I am very happy with my experience and I will be using this practice for my primary care while I am in the Huntsville area! Nice folks, I feel well cared for here. Both NP Courtenay and Dr. Wallace are good to deal with as are the rest of the office staff.
Unfortunately, this office lacks customer service and does not value the time of its patients. The office sent numerous text messages in an effort to prepare for the appointment ahead of time, that I completed and also Had me arrive 30 min early for no reason. And then we're late themselves. And then after I left because of them being late and having poor customer service they had the audacity to send me a bill for $35 cancelation. I don't recommend this place at all.
