RecommendedWhether I'm there for routine followup or whether I've been squeezed in for more acute issues, they are never too busy to answer my questions and make sure I understand their instructions [I'm still working on the instructions to exercise and eat more nutritious food--but they DID get me to quit smoking, so I count that as a victory for all].
Great staff, friendly and flexible. I normally see Courtney who is great. If you are new to the Huntsville area I highly recommend you check Dr Wallace out.
My friend and general practice physician retired, so I was recommended to visit Dr. Kara Wallace by one of her former Nurse Practicioners. That was almost 2 years ago. I have found Dr. Wallace and her staff to be excellent. Dr. Wallace is professional and truly concerned about my health and well being. She is current on the latest medical issues and technology. I am completely satisfied that I made the right choice in a family practice physician and she earns a rating of top notch!
I AM A NEW PATIENT AND MY 3 BOYS AS WELL I LOVE HER NURSE PRACTITIONER AND HER STAFF AT THE FRONT DESK I HAVE YET TO MEET DR WALLACE BUT I AM SURE WILL LOVE HER AS MUCH AS HER STAFF
I will miss her I was dismissed cause of missed appointments she was a very good Dr I came there today and I was going to pay my bill in full hoping she would reconsider but no I couldn't find out that day goodbye you all ����������������������
I love all of the staff at this practice! They are all very friendly and helpful. Dr. Wallace and her NPs are very thorough, personable, and genuinely care about my family. They seem very organized and efficient, also. I never feel like I "fall through the cracks" there! Thank you Dr. Wallace, Natalie, and all of the staff! I am very thankful for you all. :)
I see one of the Nurse Practioners for treatment of my Migraine/Tension headache issues along with if I get sick. Courtenay is wonderful! Super Friendly and Kind, and you can her care and concern for you in her voice. She also is a great listener and takes my input into play when it comes to heath management. I love that. Plenty of Docs blow of your many years of experience in dealing with illness, and want to just do things their way, but it does not seem that way at this practice, as I see others talking about other staff ... read more
