My son’s contract had got renewed and they kept charging my card for the copay. Now it’s been over a month and I still have not received my refund for my copay. I have been trying to get in contact with Cassandra from the billing department for days, leaving voicemails and nothing. I find it unprofessional that I have not received a response even if it’s a “we are working on it, or trying to figure it out.” Not to mention you go on the main website to have someone reach out to you and they just keep disregarding your emails.... read more

I have been bringing my 4 year old here for a little over three years for speech and almost 2 years for OT. My son has worked with different clinicians. My son is a ball of energy and I love that they are so patience and meet him where he is at. My son loves coming here. The clinical director Karen is helpful and has helped me out when I needed something. Good experience :) thank you Kara Dodds Associates for all you have done for our son.

The office received a referral for physical therapy on 2/17. I called and left a message, but never received follow up. I called again today (3/12) and received news there is no physical therapist on staff and to seek care elsewhere. Extremely unprofessional to not have been informed of this a month ago, when the referral was received.

Find another place. This is the Mcdonalds of speech therapy. My child went though several speech therapist within a couple of months. Seems like they can't retain their therapists... makes me wonder why. Also they are quick to call CPS for no good reason wasting CPS time and resources. Do yourself a favor and find another place. I will let everyone I know to stay away from here and I will let my insurance know not to recommend this place as well. I was warned to stay away from here from other moms and I should have listened.... read more

I have been trying to schedule an appointment but they don’t answer the phone or return my calls. The review is not about their service because we didn’t get a chance to even schedule an appointment.
