The office received a referral for physical therapy on 2/17. I called and left a message, but never received follow up. I called again today (3/12) and received news there is no physical therapist on staff and to seek care elsewhere. Extremely unprofessional to not have been informed of this a month ago, when the referral was received.
Find another place. This is the Mcdonalds of speech therapy. My child went though several speech therapist within a couple of months. Seems like they can't retain their therapists... makes me wonder why. Also they are quick to call CPS for no good reason wasting CPS time and resources. Do yourself a favor and find another place. I will let everyone I know to stay away from here and I will let my insurance know not to recommend this place as well. I have been trying to schedule an appointment but they don’t answer the phone or return my calls. The review is not about their service because we didn’t get a chance to even schedule an appointment.
This is great place with outstanding, caring staff. Absolutely amazing.
