She has done my hair many times. Always been happy with her work and her as a person. I don’t know what the negative reviews are about, but she’s always been very respectful towards me. Pricing never changes from what I was told on the phone and in person, and she has worked around her schedule so that I could get my hair done. I ❤️ Kara and will go to her whenever I’m in Merrillville.

First of all I wish this gave an option to put a 0 star she was rude and nastyyy secondly she showed up 15 minutes late and said that she still had to go to the store for the hair. Before the day of she had stated that the hair was included but once I got there the story completely flipped I had to pay half for the hair!! Her shop is triflin!!! NASTY NASTY NASTY Don't do it!!!! She is nasty and can not braid at all. SHE will eat over your head and never washes her hands.(so imagine how nasty them combs are) Your braids will be big small huge but never the same size. She claims certain syles are bad because of the hair. That's a lie. For a last min thing and I was pushed for time seeing the the salon I picked didn’t canceled my appt after 2months. I really had 2hrs before my event and she did it I was in and out with a beautiful hair style. And she honest they I could t get the box braids in that time so she made it work and I loved it I will be back
