Had mufflers deleted and tips put on my car. The owner told me 150$ which I thought was a bit steep. I asked him if there was any room to budge cause that's a bit high. He told me no very shitty and walked away. What great customer service is that?! I should've walked away at that point but I've heard they do good work. But that was in fact wrong. Instead of cutting off the exhaust pipe at the tip and welding it there. They just slid the tip over the pipe and left about 6 or more inches of exhaust pipe inside the tip. I woul... read more

Grade A service. The staff there are extremely friendly they always take great care of me. Not only do the mechanics do a great job, but the owner also takes the time to greet people and is very hands-on with the cars himself he always makes sure everything is where you need it to be. They fix your car and get to know you on a personal level. A poor experience doesn't do it justice. Both the owner and the young mechanic have serious anger issues. I had a flat tire fixed that went flat again the next day(and they used my tire plug kit in the car without asking- I was planning on returning that but couldn't once he ripped it open without asking me). I asked for discount or partial refund and they denied. Once I asked why, the son got extremely aggressive, cursing at me and eventually punched the door of my car(mind you as I was driving away).
