Came late the employee slow and didn't appear to know what he was doing.

Paid 200$ and nobody ever came to do the job i was told constantly everyday that today someone was coming and it has been 8 days each day same story but no show i asked for a refund one of the days on call but it just went out the ear to another i forsure got scammed…. !!!DO NOT waste your money/time here Update Days later the guy showed up and fix my problem
Customer service is fantastic, they came to my apartment in downtown Fort Worth and it was the most affordable option I found in the area. Due to a string of break ins in the building, they were able to coordinate with others affected as well. Thanks so much!
