Terrible communication skills. Scheduled with him at a certain time and he shows up a hour late with no communication whatsoever of lateness. He then takes almost 30- 45 mins just trying to remove the panel. Leaves for 1hour and half saying he had to get a part that he should’ve known about during the initial call because he asked for my make, model and year. I wouldn’t recommend my enemy to do business with this man whatsoever.

I hired this company to repair a rock chip and crack (3/4” total). They attempted the repair in the sun (which I have since learned was a bad idea) without asking if I had an alternate, shaded location (I did), and caused a crack several times larger than the original. The new, larger crack was irreparable, according to them, so they left the crack as seen in the photos. Called and got a appointment time, gave him the address, over an hour goes by no call, no text, no response, no show!!! I called and messaged but never heard back, don't waste your time waiting, bc clearly they don't value your time as customers, there are other options out there
