I was diagnosed with a mental health condition about 3ish years ago. I went to two or three different therapists. After one to two sessions, I would feel like they would not want to give me space to tell my story but instead would focus on what I should do to feel better. My review is based on being a patient here for about 6 months so far. Its extremely difficult to not only find affordable therapy but to find a therapist that is a match is a task within itself. After countless consults, I finally came across Kapwa Counselling and am I so glad that I did. I found that most therapists push this CBT agenda and I knew it wasnt for me based on experience.
