Gave horrible care to my sister. And office staff was not kind at all
Unprofessional. Didn't even make it to their office after they called an hour and a half before my appointment to cancel it. Unsympathetic and unpleasant staff.

Dr. Kapu was wonderful. This was my first time seeing her. The nurse, however, is very rude. Almost enough to make me want to change providers.
Rude rude receptionist. I live an hour from Abilene and they were completely unwilling to work with me on scheduling. I had heard good things about her... It's a shame.
