RecommendedFamily-owned business for more than 40 years. With so much change in Maitland, this place is a beloved institution. I love the Chicken Parm sandwich, sweet potato fries, and chocolate milkshakes. The sandwich is enough food for 2 people!

It's funny how the owner (Rachel) will accuse her staff of theft, yet she regularly sticks her hands in the tip jar (which is illegal). Also, this place is a biohazard. Sue me @Grace.
First timers at Kappy's, never knew it was here! Delicious sandwiches at reasonable prices and very friendly staff and other customers didn't bite! �. We will definitely be back to try a cheese steak sandwich!
