Let me tell you about my experience..... I ordered the Kappy Special (which you would think would be quick). After waiting in line for 10 minutes (there was one person in front of me he ordered a burger) I finally get to order.... 30 minutes later after 2 people that came after me "they called in their order" I finally get my food... It's not what I ordered, oh well, moving on, it's average. 45 total minutes to get an average sandwich..... When you only have a lunch hour, skip it.... Family-owned business for more than 40 years. With so much change in Maitland, this place is a beloved institution. I love the Chicken Parm sandwich, sweet potato fries, and chocolate milkshakes. The sandwich is enough food for 2 people!
