Worst company ever! Run far away!!
First month at new condo, they take HOA fee ($890.) on the first, didn't see it debited in my account. To make sure I wasn't late, I paid the fee from another account on the 2nd, evidently a number was off so the bank said unable to find account. $50.00 NSF fee. Plenty of money in all accounts. No contact, no notification, no grace. Even though they were paid on the first, they still charged me a NSF, for my attempt at making a second payment for the month.
