We have been using Kappa Heating & AC for 20 years. They are fast, friendly and knowledgeable. We have been 100% satisfied with all the work they have done for us. Kappa is a family owned and operated business so you get their personal attention to any job you may need them to do. They are very honest in their dealings. If you don't need any work or systems replaced they tell you instead of talking you into something that is not necessary at that time. I would highly recommend Kappa for all of your heating and cooling needs.
Seemed very unmotivated. We asked for them to come take a look at our A/C and mentioned another company was coming out the next day to also look at it. They told us that they would not come out and to let them know what the other company said, then they would come and look at it. I'm sorry, but if you want our business then you should have at least tried.
