I went in last summer due to some sounds my car was making. They told me my radiator needed to be replaced as soon as possible. While I was there I asked them to check my air conditioner, which they told me also needed to be replaced. I was quoted around 2500. I couldn’t afford that at the time and had a friend who owns a repair shop come take a look, where he found that my skid plate was just popped up into my fan. I stopped by to see if they could do an oil change on our 2019 Kia Sorento and they took me in right away. 40 minutes later I was done and on my way home. Very reasonably priced, VERY accommodating, and conveniently located!!! THANK YOU!!! Returned for an Emmissions inspection on 3 Apr 2026… they took me right in after I called, and I was out within 15 minutes! Great folks!!!
They do amazing work and they get things done super fast. My tech Colby finished everything in no time at all and had my truck driving better than ever. 10/10 reliability from him and everyone else that helped me there.

I took my car into Kapp to have them replace my catalytic converter and change my serpentine belt. While changing my serpentine belt they broke my alternator, which they did buy and install a new one without charge. However after driving away my battery light came and and eventually my car died with no power. I called them back and they offered to look at it if I paid to have it towed back to their shop. I really don't think it's OK to have me pay for a tow to fix something they broke that I didn't even have my car in there ... read more
