This doctor is horrible. He says he is in network with your insurance and then sends you a huge bill. Then when you call the office the staff is extremely unprofessional, rude and incompetent. Do NOT go to Dr. Vinod Kapoor, you will regret it. If you still decide to go make sure you get a receipt for your co-pay because later they will claim you didn’t pay that amount! Worst experience I have ever had with a Dr. You have been warned, they are just there for your money not to help you. Very Sad.

Dr. Kapoor is a very good dr. He is very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable dr. He is very helpful, and explains the condition in a profressional caring manner. The staff is very unprofessional. There are 2 female receptionists that I've had to deal with that were very rude. The tone of the staff is very rude, unprofressional, and I've also heard them curse. I called the staff to have a prescription pre-authorized because the pharmacist recommended it and the receptionist said to me "We really don't do that but I'll ... read more
