He is a terrible doctor, rude, disrespectful. Only care to charge $$$$. His staff needs to call my insurance to get an authorization for MRI, and he was arguing with me, that is a patient responsibility, which is not true, cause the insurance needs some code to process the authorization that only the Dr know. It was a waste of money and time. Don't even bother to go there.
Ridiculous wait time. Five min exam and never examined actual problem area. Didn’t read current med list. Gave a med that had serious contraindications with another I was already taking. Had to see again about above. Told me it was safe to take these meds together. Then wrote a script for a med I was already taking. Told him. He said you’ll have good results with it and walked off. Find yourself a better dr.
Took almost two months to see him and he spent less than 10 minutes the first visit and 5 minutes the second visit. I was misdiagnosed and wasted over 3 months of my time going back and forth twice.
Don't even waste your time bothering with this unpleasant, selfish , rude person who has no clue as to what he is doing except charging Medicare and other insurance companies and patients with absolutely no regards to their pain and suffering. I bet that he has a fake degree from India !!!

I met with Dr. Kapoor. He is very knowledgeable and know his stuff very well. He is willing to help you. He took the time and explain how certain things work not just giving out rx, very few doctors and he is wonderful . I highly recommended him. receptionist was very nice as well. Overrall great experience!
I had the unpleasant experience of going to their office today. It's mind boggling how rude the receptionist was. They are liars and incompetent. Which is really terrible especially since it's a neurology office. It's not like I'm seeking treatment for a papercut. And ashish kapoor is rude as well. Don't bother going there.
Very unprofessional office nothing these people do mean you well and they are just down right ghetto , The older lady in the office is such a liar at that she says one thing and then says another in person one of the administration girl seems to always be on her phone and when asked a question she has an attitude I wouldn't recommend anyone to this office
good doctor with a language barrier. He is obviously not originally from this country and therefore it could be a pure language barrier.
