Yes How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Among the best I have seen Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Yes, he/she looked very professional

I felt the staff was friendly enough. They didn't go above and beyond, but they did their jobs. Dr. Kaplan is great and loves what she does. Office is clean. At times, I spend a little too much time in the waiting room but better than most other doctor offices.

Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Yes, I could tell the staff respected him/her Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? No, my decisions were always respected Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? No, they were polite Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor

Yes Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they were well-stocked Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Somewhat, they should have been more polite

I'm confident they will work hard to find the best solution for me Was this dermatologist friendly? Extremely Friendly Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important! Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, they were immaculate!

Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Yes Does this provider give unbiased advice? Yes

Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this dermatologist's office? Yes
