When Summer the paralegal left the firm, everthing went downhill extremely fast. Pam, who seems to be taking over Summers role doesn’t return calls even when she promises them. We have a closing in a week and have unresolved post occupancy issues and it’s extremely concerning when the law firm you hired and trusted doesn’t call you back. Don’t use this law firm. The 4.8 rating they have on here is indicative of an old staffing setup.
I could not have asked for a better experience with Kaplan Law Firm. Everyone was extremely professional and very friendly. Mr. Kaplan explains everything in an easy-to-understand manner. It’s easy to get overwhelmed when going through the process of buying a home, but everyone involved guided me through it painlessly. I definitely recommend them, and I will be using their services again when I sell my father’s property.
