I have gone here for my annual mammogram for a few years, and my mom went here for decades. I had my records from the mainland sent here so my record is complete and the comparisons are most accurate. They have great new technology and very skilled and kind staff. Dr. LEE Goerner, M.D. and the staff at this center are remarkable! I was extremely nervous when I got there. They were ALL comforting, caring, and understanding. Dr. Lee Goerner performed the procedure with great skill!!! From the moment I walked in the front desk person was professional and caring to Cheryl the technician who calmed my nerves to Crizline the Medical Assistant who also calned my nerves and gently bandaged and walked me back to the lockers. If I could give a negative I WOULD. Not only do they not coordinate with your referred doctor to confirm they have all your paper work prior to your doctor's appt, as my doctors appt was @ 12:45pm. The admin team that signed me in was no help, I had to communicate with my PCP admin team to communicate with Kapi'olani's admin team so I could be seen finally @ 2:30pm. Very warm and welcoming spa like environment. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and reassuring.
Great experience easy free parking, smells clean everywhere. Front desk and employees very nice and professional.
