I was visiting Hawaii and had an emergency situation that couldn’t wait until I got back to the mainland. I cannot recommend this hospital ED enough. No one wants to be in the hospital but if you need to be, this is the one. Excellent nurses and physicians. My only concern is that the admission desk never asked for my insurance info and I was not in the state of mind to volunteer it.

Had an ER visit during my vacation. Care was barely decent, and they seemed to not care at all about my insurance information. I gave them the insurance information over the phone and checked MyChart several times for billing info, but there was none. A little over a month later I get a bill well above my ER co-pay amount. Called my insurance to find that no claims were submitted. The bill has little to no detail and seems like a 3rd part... read more

After visiting this place for a few times. The building is beautiful, clean, spacious, and comfortable. The only con about this place is the staff. They are also known to start protesting while having BBQs outside. If you're wondering what the protest is about, well... it's having a "Better Paycheck". Do they really need a higher paycheck for poor attitudes, and lousy services? I can go on about my experiences with them, but after reading other people's complaints. It's good enough for me.
