5 stars for everyone except the pregnant lady that sits on the far left as you enter the office. She gets 1 star. She clearly doesn't know HIPAA rules and has no compassion. The rude questioning of what we are going to do with OUR ultrasounds to get a second opinion and then calling someone right infront of us asking if we're even allowed to do that. All this after getting horrible news.

Horrible experience this place and the workers including doctors are a joke honestly writing a review is not enough but instead the CEO of this hospital should look into these medical centers to see how they are doing “their job”

My wife waited till week 10 for them to finally see her. We called for about 2 months so they can see her because she wasnt feeling the best and somehow they are always “fully booked”. My wife also had a tooth infection and needed the OB to sign the paperwork allowing her to do the tooth removal procedure and they kept on turning us away. You walk in and the office is empty. Appointment was at 8 am , and office has us come in 15 before appointment. No front desk worker was to be found but worker that was there early still greet me. I show my Drivers License and insurance card and asked for my last name to be updated. Front desk worker just looks at me. After filling out paperwork and signing to have the permission to work , I asked for last name to be updated. She said does it have to be updated? I said yes my last name is not same anymore.
