I had an emergency water issue at the house back in 2023. I was referred to Kapi and I called their team in a state of panic on a Saturday night and by Monday morning their team was out doing water extraction. Long story short, we went through a large insurance claim and Adam was with me from start to finish. I’m pretty sure we had over a 100 calls over a 14 month period. In my personal experience, I do not believe the owner is trustworthy. I would not recommend doing business with this company, as I found the owner’s character and professionalism to be concerning.
