We hired Kapella Roofing Company mainly because of the positive experience we had with our initial meeting with Elvijs Saritovs. He was very knowledgeable about all matters that came up. I am very disappointed in the work Kapella did for us. The roofers damaged the siding and the gutters were not installed properly. Our hail damage claims were supposed to be handled well but I ended up doing a lot of frustrating legwork to get things right. Things still aren’t right. The gutter guys who installed the gutters clearly did not know what they were doing. Every span had/has an issue. Thankfully, I had a video of the gutter failure in one instance.
