The super short version, it took them 4 years to replace siding, tried to rob us, damaged our home, didn't pull permits, and admitted to me they use undocumented workers. Kapella is the worst company ever. The absolute WORST company to have do any work. At all. It took them almost 4 years to replace our hail damaged siding. And it was only on one side of our house. I highly recommend Kapella Roofing, my project was handled with great detail and my roof looks amazing. The crew did a great job and cleaned up everyday. Communication was consistently good.
