Showed up when they said they would. Andrew was great and kept me updated as he was figuring out the issue.
they were very nice and helpful. they did a great job. called them the night before at 430 told them i've been without heat for 6 days.They got someone out here the next day at 11. got me a new furnace put it in pretty quickly and answered all my questions. ill definitely be using them again and recommending them! thanks so much so glad to have heat again! They also put in a ac unit for me three years ago.And did a great job with that also!
My furnace quit working last night I called and they immediately set up an appointment the technician Ben also followed up. He was here promptly did a very very thorough inspection of my furnace and although it was bad news my furnace is 40 years old. He walked me through every step showed me everything I was very confident in his abilities and he is the nicest person I think I've ever met. This was only for an inspection and estimate. It went very well, he took pictures and explained the nature of the repairs, and would be back in a couple of days to do the repair. Only about $100 for inspection and quote, reasonable I think.
Service Person explained steps as je went and gave options of repair . will use for future needs.
