The technician showed up very promptly, diagnosed the problem quickly and then repaired it with a new part and was on his way to the next job.
Several of my neighbors have hired Kapala Heating when replacing their old systems and have been very pleased with the quality of services. Today, Ed Yates and Chris performed our boiler service inspection. They were both very knowledgeable, courteous, and explained clearly what needed to be done. I would highly recommend Kapala and these technicians to a friend or family. Thank you!
Had a lot of trouble with our generator’s installer. Called Kapala, whom I’ve used for heating and AC for over 30 years. They came out immediately, found the problem. Thank you!
What a very pleasant young man. He explained everything to us and made sure we understood before leaving. I will definitely be calling this company anytime we need work done or for a cleaning. Highly recommend.
