Kapala Heating and Air Conditioning is a great company to work with. They scheduled me quickly when our AC system died on a 90+ degree day. They provided their rates and sent a confirmation text. Next text inside of 30 minutes was to let me know the tech was on the road. They arrived ahead of time and sent me an arrival text. The tech, Ben Waite was friendly, reviewed the rate again and was troubleshooting inside of 5 minutes.
