I had a very disappointing experience with this clinic. I brought my dog in with a cut on the inside of his ear after playing with my other dog. During the consultation, I was told the only option was surgery under general anaesthetic, with an estimated cost of around $1,300. I specifically asked if there were any less invasive alternatives, such as tissue glue or conservative treatment, but was told there were none. My family and I had to say goodbye to our beloved dog of 15 years in January. I’m only writing this review now because I’ve finally reached a point where I can talk about it without completely breaking down. The veterinarians were absolutely lovely and so caring throughout the euthanasia process, and we will always be grateful for the kindness they showed our family during such a difficult time.
