Due to a sudden unexpected emergency i had to take my cat here as I couldn't get in to see her regular vet on that particular day. Given the seriousness of the circumstances with my cat I understand my emotions being heightened however having both parents with me & having them agree that from the get go- the staff each one of them showed very little understanding, empathy, and we were told we had 3 options none of which included them advising us they took vet pay, zip pay etc even after myself & my father said numerous times... read more
Stella had a burst anal gland, a month ago, I didn't know cats had this issue. Charmhaven vets sorted her out with antibiotics and she's back to her annoying self. Thanks again for your expert advice.
Staff are so friendly and obviously love animals. Very confident bringing my pets here
