Great customer service the mechanics where awesome
Took the car in to get fixed. Had a minor oil leak, air-conditioning hadn't worked prop6sonce they degassed it, was only cold. No heat, now its only hot no cold. Oil leaks worse and when I rang to get them to fix was told couldn't do ut for a few weeks. Worst decision to let them touch my vehicle!
Extremely hard to contact. Seems preference is turn up. Closed for lunch. Rarely answer the phone even with messages to reply to. Extremely rude owner. I asked why they make it so hard to contact them and he gave me my keys back preferring I go elsewhere. Totally incompetent in answering a simple question. Only inspires aggression
Alan went out of his way to help us yesterday. We run a mobile business so we were really stressed when our car started making a horrific sound. Alan was so calm and explained all our options so well. He had a cancellation so he prioritised helping us. We are so grateful! We will keep going back 100%
The staff were amazing, friendly and communicated amazingly. Cost of repairs such a relief to have them done at an affordable and reasonable price. Will be taking my car there from now on.
