I've had numerous procedures there, never have I been treated badly and I've had it all! Vein procedures, sclerotherapy, cosmetic sclerotherapy, and lastly a chin/neck lift. Just yesterday I was there and everyone is super positive, super friendly. I can't say enough about how professional they are. Cindy B
