RecommendedKim was helpful for every step of our investment! She served as our property manager while we rented out our home, and she communicated with us effectively and ensured rent was collected in a timely manner. When we decided to sell the property, Kim worked with us to set a marketable price and aggressively marketed to find a buyer. She was very helpful during the purchase and close, even while we were out of town. Kim knows Wichita and the real estate market. I wouldn't recommend anyone else for your purchase or sale.
Kim did a great job. I am rough on most agents, I know what I want. Kim hung in there and spent almost 4 months looking at houses with me.
When my wife and I bought our house we had a really bad experience with the realtor who sold the house while closing. The guy literally wouldn't hand me the keys to my own house and left the office with them. Kim wrote us a check from her own money to go buy new locks for our house and then gave us our house warming package. Months later I called her again with a question and she answered right away. When we move again we will 100% use Kim!
