The staff is polite and concerned. The offices are small but well appointed. The frustration comes from there is no true pain clinic care in the state of Kansas. They don't believe in it. I've been with this office for a while and I can't get pain relief. I had to beg for days just to get one Rx. It took over a month to get approved for back shots and over a month to get scheduled.
