They are wonderful! Steve, the hospice nurse was so compassionate and helpful to our family when our father was in his care. If need be we will use their services again. Made everything so easy for us. Love them!!
Ashley Dill is providing careing, professional service to families in Northeast Kansas. She strives to learn all she can about the needs of the families she works with in order to insure their expectations are met and exceeded! She manages to be compassionate while still being thorough. She truely cares about the families she works with!
My experience so far has been very bad based mostly on a total lack of communication from the main office and a shortage of nurses. My 92 year old father has had multiple nurse visits, showers and other promised visits not happen at all without notification of a delay, misunderstanding or apology and request to re-schedule. Terry Downing was wonderful when we were being introduced to KPHC but the follow-up from everyone else (except the rotating nurses) has been indifferent, uncaring and nonchalant. There are not enough good things that could be said of Terry Downing with Kansas Hospice Care. I have known her and been working with her regarding my grandmother for about 6 months now and she has gone far above and beyond her call of duty. She is kind, compassionate and caring. She truly makes every effort to ensure that your loved one is being taken care of and goes (literally) out of her way to help in any matter, circumstance and situation possible.
