Hi Y'all I wish to share my (almost a year ) as a proud, satisfied, thankful patient of Dr.Allison Bell and her team, Mitch and Brad. My journey with Dr. Bell, started in 2024,spring into summer. Dr.Allison, is the 3rd pain management doctor I've been treated by, she shall be the last ! From my first " new patient" interview, I felt I had finally found the right "pain doctor " for me ! I will have to give this place 2 stars. The front staff are pretty good, however, I did have to 'complain' to staff, as I waited nearly 1.5 hours to be seen by Dr. Gupta. I was told, while I was waiting for procedure on spinal infusion w/ cement, that Dr. Gupta was running behind 1.5 hours. I called at 11am to find out if he was behind and was told by front staff he was not. Should have been told when I called at 11am. very poor communication. Dr Neiman and nurse practitioner Christina Grove are the best I think they really care about my recovery
I have been going to this health clinic for over a year and can confidently say that the staff is very professional and the office staff is friendly and fun as well!
This is the most experienced pain management I have ever attended they are good on time and good with people and always have helped my pain with there treatmesnts
