They have wonderful solutions here but it takes days for Dr Bell’s nurse to get back to me and only if I beg her to actually correspond with me. Pharmacy always has to call multiple times for my monthly refill of a drug that isn’t controlled and Dr won’t put refills on it, which would help prevent this. They also do not do their proper due diligence with insurance. Tired of the victim blaming. The front office staff and billing department are awful. They didn't bother to tell me I had to pay in advance. When I was trying to figure out how much I had on my HSA the office staff acted like I was inconveniencing them. Along with that the facilities were unclean and Dr. Ray is unprofessional. I heard her explaining to someone in the office they offshore their billing department to keep costs low. UPDATE 12/19/2024: The snappy receptionist vehemently refused to send a written confirmation that my appointment was canceled and now they're insisting I pay a "no-show" fee. She acted like it was going to kill her to have to send a single email or text message and now I'm getting asked to pay $25 because reception can't do their jobs properly (or even with a good attitude)? I've been dealing with neck and shoulder pain for a year and a half. It's gotten to the point where it has consumed my life. Been to several doctors for this - 2 ortho doctors, physical therapist, chiropractor, psychiatrist, and a neurosurgeon. None of them seemed to listen. Just wanted to prescribe muscle relaxers, all to which never worked, and rush me out of the office. Basically said it was just muscle knots and deal with it.
