While I like Dr. Kneeman, the office can't seem to get my X-ray results in 3 weeks' time. I've called multiple times and they do not return my calls. It's very upsetting.
Lawrence Location! I had the most useless appointment I've had here in 10 years!!! I saw nurse Kristina and she was basically useless. She doesn't prescribe meds or do injections. She used a folded up piece of paper to take notes. She did nothing more than the receptionist.
I have been to see Dr. Dalal and absolutely love he bed side manor and she makes me feel like she really listens to me
Good practitioners, awful reception staff. Front office was snappy at me after they messed up MY appointment and booked it at the wrong place... after asking where I wanted to book the appointment. If you ask for follow-up or confirmation you'll get snapped at (and they won't do it).
Dr. Dalal is my pain management specialist and she is an extraordinary doctor. She is patient, kind, and very thorough. She’s been my doctor for many years and has helped me with excruciating back pain and won’t give up until there is a solution for your discomfort. I highly recommend her at Kansas Pain Management.
