The staff here is good. Everyone I have interacted with has been awesome and a joy to be around. Being open late past 5 is a big help.
Everybody in the East side location is fantastic. Megan gets pre-authorizations done quickly and is always happy. Ms Sarah and Ms Addie are great nurses that make you feel really comfortable while doing the Esketamine treatments. I've never been to a doctor's office that has such great people with good attitudes and disposition. Ms Jen has a great staff and I thank them all for how much they've helped me.
All the staff have been amazing but Sarah especially. Would recommend 100%.
Kind and caring staff. Knowledgeable. Professional. We love Addy and Sarah! I feel the treatments have been effective.
