I've been to many hospitals in my life I have to say the service overall is the absolute worst. The staff was unfriendly and thanks for the 2 hour wait at the er doc glad I wasn't dying or I wouldn't be here thanks to your services.

I was taken to the Emergency Department for treatment. While I was pleased with the care I received there, when I was transferred to the floor the nursing staff was very unprofessional and inattentive to my needs as a patient. I pressed my call light several times and it wasn’t until 45 min later that a nurse entered the room. I consider this to be a patient safety issue. My mother was taken to the ER for s/s of a stroke. While the ER dept did a fabulous job taking care of my mother, both the nurses and doctors, it was unfortunate that when she was transferred to the telemetry unit that we had a less than pleasing experience. Her nurses were very unpleasant and the bathroom was not clean in the room. In fact, the nurse was supposed to collect something from the bathroom and unfortunately it sat there all night long. I went for surgery. Checked in with front desk and was called back W/I 5 minutes. Everyone was very professional. I was in and out of hospital total of 5 hrs. Most of it in recovery. Really nice place as hospitals go.
