I love dr Livermore and his team, they are all so nice, but I am writing this as I am in the waiting room currently 1 hour past my appointment time, went to ask and there is still 4 people ahead of me. I am a type 1 diabetic and have not eaten yet today as I was going to get lunch after my supposed to be 11:15 appointment. I was there this week at the East location. The front desk was so welcoming. Heather is always so fun. Aubre did my Xray and she was so friendly and knowledgeable. Then you have Dr. Strickland who is the best !!!
Our orthopedic surgeon moved here in July from Mid-America Orthopedics and I wish he hadn’t. The gals that schedule appointments are terrible. I had a recent post op appointment rescheduled twice by them, which completely messed up my schedule and in trying to schedule an appointment today for my husband, I was told I couldn’t because I didn’t have the insurance information handy. The gal I talked to today was very unfriendly.
Dr. Livermore is wonderful! But when he moved to KJS I’ve spent more time in the waiting room than I ever wanted to. I had my 6 week follow up and it was a week after he started at that location and waited an hour and a half only to see him for 3 minutes because it wasn’t for anything crazy just to tell me I was doing okay at my 6 week follow up. Dr Strickland is outstanding, but KJSS still haven't gotten his eligibility straightened out with Cigna. When I made my appointment, KJSS confirmed that they're in-network with Cigna PPO, but then I received a bill from KJSS for the full amount. When I called Cigna, they said they're still showing Dr. Strickland at Mid-American rather than KJSS; he's not yet considered in-network with KJSS.
