Idk about the other two but i had a great experience best price i found and had it done same day. Plus i called the parts folk today and found out theyre actually open till 10pm and that guy was real nice too.
Service department is horribly disorganized and clueless. So, I pay the diag fee, approve an estimate and when I drop the truck off with you, everyone pretends like they have no idea why the truck is there? There's no "open ticket", no parts have been ordered, etc? You're losing business because of incompetence. If you don't care, at least just say that from the beginning and save everyone's time.
Hard to get thru on the phone took several calls. People were nice.
