I have gotten 3 animals from KHS. Our most recent are a two year old terrier mix and a mini schnauzer pup (got them a year apart). They did a wonderful job about giving us full disclosure on our terrierterrier fence jumping skills and helped us make a prepared decision. Many shelters don't do so and the animals end up right where they started. They also heloed us determine if our dog would take on the puppy safely. Great staff too!!!
