We adopted a mixed red Doberman puppy at the KS Humane Society. They allowed us to take our time and made sure we understood the obligation that was in store. That was fourteen years ago. We have just lost our little buddy,released from the illnesses that comes upon a dog of such advanced years. I am so thankful that KHS made it possible for us to be so blessed.
We just adopted Penny (formerly known as Bubbles) tonight! She is soooo amazing. Everyone at the Humane Society was very nice and helpful. If you want a dog, don't go to the puppy mills, go adopt one!
