Modestly Priced Community A modestly priced small community. Management works with tenants to keep the area safe and welcoming. I'm sorry the person below had a bad experience, but that was not my experience with the complex. Its a pretty quiet area with people who want to get to know their neighbors and make a real community out of the complex.
"The Elms" = "Ghetto slum " If you enjoy the ghetto, you'll love this place! This joint was built in the 1940's and has not been updated since. Old smelly gas heaters, no A/C, plexus glass windows, paper thin walls, flooding basements that can be used as a swimming pool! Sometimes you'll find a homeless person living in your basement. There is 1 water heater to share in a 4 unit building. Hookers, drug dealers and the homeless nomadically wander the grounds day and night.
