RecommendedWhat a jewel! I didn’t expect to find a world class space museum in the middle of Kansas but this is it! So many artifacts to see and each is displayed so well. The shows, documentary and planetarium were AMAZING! If you enjoy anything NASA or space related don’t miss the Cosmosphere!

Under renovation, but a great history of the Space Race
My 8 year old daughter and her fellow Girl Scouts did an overnight at the Cosmosphere and they LOVED it! They really enjoyed the museum and all of the memorabilia. Nothing like sleeping under a SR-71 Blackbird AKA the World's Fastest Spy Plane...once promised it was securely tethered to the ceiling!! Plus, an earthquake...wow! Thank you for making this experience so amazing! Your staff went above and beyond for my little space enthusiast! Thank you!

I love going to the Cosmosphere because where else in Kansas can you see a rocket, a real moon rock, a rover, and a flight-ready backup of the first satellite? Ummm... nowhere but the Cosmosphere!!

My family and I have been going to the Cosmosphere for years!! My adult children still like to go. Lots to do, so much history to learn!! It’s been a regular family outing for us since our kids were little!
