I was traveling through town while moving from Chicago to LA and my dog came down with Kennel Cough. They folks got us in right away and treated us like we were family. The Vet and all the staff were friendly, professional and really cared. If I lived in Kansas City they are who I would go to as my regular vet.
I took my two kitty girls to see Dr. Carpenter and vet tech Dawn. They were fantastic and knowledgeable about my cat's well-being. KC Vet always gets 5 stars from me.
So thankful for this clinic and their late hours! I'm not a regular client but they accommodated me at 7:30 at night when my ferret was very ill and needed an appointment right away. They were incredibly kind, can't thank them enough!
I searched for quite a while to find a clinic that sees sugar gliders! I live about 30 min from this clinic, but it's well worth it! The doctors are very knowledgeable about gliders, and had great advice for us.
I had my heart cat diagnosed with liver cancer at your clinic. After only 1 week, he quit eating. I knew it was time for him to cross the Rainbow Bridge. Dr.Anderson put him to sleep in a slow painless way. They allowed me as much time as I needed to say goodbye. They sent me a beautiful condolence card a few day later and had his ashes back for me in a week.
