We were referred by family and this is one of the best vets I've ever been to. They are really attentive to you and your pets needs. I played a little phone tag (which is expected because they are Dr's. and extremely busy tending to patients) but the front desk staff will make sure you speak to someone and get answers. The facility is really clean inside and out. Highly recommend.
I have been a long time client with KCVC. The staff is AMAZING and the vets are as well. Shout out to Dr. Exline and Dr. Deil for taking care of my past babies I have had and my current baby I have. I have never been disappointed coming here. Excellent excellent service!!!
We brought our 7 year old dwarf bunny in because we found a large tumor on her abdomen. It was clear that this was a situation that would only decline. Dr. Kirkwood presented us with several options, but gave us the space to consider quality of life foremost. She did not make us feel guilty or bad about not wanting to put our pet through more than we felt she or we could handle. Caring and professional people
Dr Entriken saw our Hedgehog 🦔Cleo today on an emergency basis she just wasn’t acting right. He took the time to work her in and spent time with us reviewing her care and symptoms. It was determined that she had just gotten to cold and we are so thankful that she will be okay. What an amazing staff and doctor. We tried to call a local vet close to us and they were busy and it would have been a $100 just for them to work us in!
