Had checked in on computer, so check in was fast. Jackie called me right on appointment time. Had very short wait for Scott Ravi’s. He checked my whole body, froze several spots on face and took culture in new spot on leg. As instructed, set up next appointment in 9 months unless I get call from Dr Ravis office due to work needed on new area where culture sent to lab. Probably spent 30 minutes. All folks in the office were helpful and nice.
I was very happy. Dr Wu is great. I had melanoma a while back, so we keep a careful watch. I had two new spots come up, one near each eye. One changed color so I knew we needed to get it. All good!
Just a great place to get care—all the staff to include receptionists, nurses, doctors—are great. All very caring. Plus Paige is phenomenal!
