Had my second visit at Dr Anderson’s office, pre-surgical appointment(s). Office is well run with competent staff. Yes, I hear comments of “understaffed” but their attitudes are great and I don’t feel rushed. I really like Tyler (Dr Anderson’s PA). He has a great bedside manner, is patient, listens to my questions & concerns and stresses to reach out about ANY questions going forward.
The staff both medical and administrative are exceptionally kind and professional. They've always gone above and beyond when dealing with me even when I haven't made it easy for them I will be forever grateful for the service they provided me both surgically, which as been life altering, and just as a good representation of what human beings should be. Thank you and God bless
Prompt attention with good information about the process. The booklet they give you on joint replacement is very helpful. Dr. Anderson was very good and informative.
