Doctors are very kind, polite, and give you a lot of time explaining in detail. Reception staff and medical staff are very welcoming and friendly
Dr Kotwol is the best Ortho I have ever worked with as a physician. He has saved my husband's hip 5 times so far when 3 other surgeons wanted to cut his leg off at the groin. Him and all of his staff are friendly, great communication, and timely with seeing patients. We highly recommend Dr Kotwol and his office for any orthopedic needs.
