Meh. Needs improvement. Very dated airport. When Trump said we have crappy airports, clearly he meant KCI.

Even a long line here is nothing compared to some of the other airports I have been through

Nothing really good about this airport. Really cramped with no where to sit when busy. Also really no place to sit and grab a bite to eat while you wait for your plane.
This airport is horrible. Each gate has its own security which means once in you have almost no access to bathrooms or food. Who designed this awful concept? Even bad pre-TSA!
What a horrible, cramped, outdated, dirty, lifeless airport experience.
In C Terminal the food choices are all poor and beyond security it's even worse. If you're one of the folks who rave about the convenience, you obviously don't fly my airline.
