Old airport: an abysmal facility.
Get something to eat before coming here. Crap food and drink selections. My least favorite airport- dumbest layout ever.
TSA Pre is worthless here; laptops and 3-1-1 liquids still need to come out. Biggest airport I know of that still doesn't have a proper Pre line. Join us in the 21st century, KCI.
MCI would be miserable for a layover or to get stuck in. There're no restaurants or shopping really. Layout good for locals though.
Has to be the world's worst wifi network. I defy anyone to find one that is worse than theirs. Awful.
Get everything done before you get through security; including restroom visit, the facilities after security are very poor.
I love Kansas City, but this airport is horrendous. It looks like a concrete cave, only a vendor cart for food after TSA, and absolutely nowhere to charge a phone or laptop.
