RecommendedCaring nurses, PCTs and chaplains made my mother’s last days comfortable. I’d only seen nursing care this wonderful in a hospital ICU before my mom was a patient here in the late summer of 2019
Was a volunteer there and know it is the best caring, kind, Hospice there is.
The staff is kind and very caring. The facility is beautiful and comforting. If you have a loved one nearing their end and in need of hospice I would highly recommend.
Our Mom/Gram was blessed to spend her last week here. The people at Kansas City Hospice are incredible. The care they give the residents here and their families is beyond words. And they offer grief counseling. We were so blown away by everyone that we come back every year and serve a meal- out of gratitude and as a small way to pay it forward.

What a blessing this place and the people who are caregivers are!
A family member recently died at Kansas City Hospice House and I cannot completely express my gratitude. The Palliative Home Care Team did such a great job keeping him home until the disease started to accelerate. A case of pneumonia sent him to Intensive Care, where he was miserable. He couldn't breathe and was so uncomfortable, trying to find a position that didn't hurt. When he transferred to hospice house, he was immediately comfortable and could breathe again. Our family has had a rough year and sent 2 angels to heaven through KC Hospice House. After the first experience I knew that if another family member needed a safe loving environment to pass this would be the place to come. THANK YOU to ALL the staff for your unconditional love and support you have shown our family. You are Angels as well!
