I am very grateful for the care I received at KCCAT. After hearing from various people that Misophonia was untreatable, I came to Dr. Kriegshauser feeling completely hopeless regarding the state I was in. I have seen life changing results in my ability to handle situations that would have previously derailed my entire day. Now, while my triggers have not been completely eliminated, I feel in control of my responses, which is everything.
Ms. Galloway did not make any progress after a year with our family member. She did not show any compassion, encouragement, or professionalism.
Dr Galloway was horrible to my brother (who has brain cancer), she didn’t care about him and just took the money. Please go elsewhere
Blown away by the lack of patient care and empathy. My son was with William Oakley for the last couple of years for his OCD and Anxiety and my son bonded with him so well. Apparently, he no longer works there without any explanation. I know there maybe certain protocol for this of why the therapist isn't able to get a hold of patients after they leave, but when your dealing with mentally ill people it's extremely devastating to them.
