Worse customer service. Very unprofessional.
Look, all I know is the Water Dispatcher who helped me get our water turned on is a blessing, doing God’s work. After the migraine of dealing with emails and portals, she was fast, polite, to the point, got someone out there within the hour. A breath of fresh, human air in an age where AI drives us all insane. 5/5. Please let me know how I can drop off treats for everyone. She’s and the technician who came out deserve a bonus and a raise.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Paid $500 on Friday for them to shut out power off Monday. Saying we still owe $400. They don’t care I get paid Wednesday and they don’t care it’s 90+ degrees out. Shameful disgusting people.
Absolute WORST company I have encountered. Not only does their website have constant uses with requests, but it is IMPOSSIBLE to speak with a customer service rep. Unfortunately, BPU is the only electric company that services my area, so I am forced to stay with them. I am simply trying to transfer/stop my current service to a new address, but the website states my request cannot be completed, and I need to call their customer service number (which is a automated voice.)
