Made a payment. Their systems said unable to access the payment. And did it again. Got charged twice $400 each time . I can’t effort. $800 per month for four people living in house.
If there is an option for less . No one answers calls / electricity goes off and takes for ever to fix
After getting the run a round on the phone after getting hung up on 4 times I finally got to a real person and she didn't believe what I was telling her I guess then said a guy came out this am and no ever showed up like she said.so after the second person I spoke with got the msg to a supervisor and within a hour a supervisor came out and brought a bucket truck and man to help out with theour limbs on our power line. He was the nicest guy and his helper the line guy in truck was just as nice and they fixed it all and made s... read more
Abysmal customer service; claims to be easy to set up and is the exact opposite. Completely disappointing all around
