DO NOT have services done at this facility!! They cancelled my surgery twice due to lack of information they needed. Information that I could easily have provided had i known it was needed. The day before my 2nd attempt at surgery, I had to call to find out the time I needed to be there. I did not get a call back until the morning of my surgery when they told me that they probably would be cancel due to lack of information they needed from one of my specialist doctors. I just have to brag about KC ASC.. I have a procedure done yesterday and couldn’t believe how great all of the staff was. They were so attentive, and everyone had warmth to them and a smile on their face, even though it was 5:30 am. Not to mention, the facility is so clean and so beautiful. Start to finish everything went great. I’m such a hard IV stick, and the wonderful nurse got me on the first try. The anesthesiologist was so knowledgeable and comforting. I had a GREAT experience here. The center was very clean, comfortable, and had an upscale feel. As a nurse, I appreciated the skill of the staff but they were also friendly and compassionate. This was my first big surgical experience and it was nothing short of amazing!!

Just had surgery here a week ago with Dr Young. First of all…. He is amazing! Second of all…. All of the staff at this surgery center were very welcoming and kind through the entire process. Highly recommend and I would definitely choose to have another procedure here. Ladies at the front desk were friendly, my nurses were amazing, Anesthesia was so kind of comforting. 5 Stars!!!!!!!
