Consistency in a restaurant, especially in a Sushi restaurant, is critical. Kansaku meets all expectations in this regard. From the appetizers, like Tuna Poke, to the Maki Rolls to the entrees, particularly the Salmon Teriyaki, the food is fresh and delicious on every visit. Love going back over and over.

My wife and I have been coming here for years and the sushi has always been great! It taste so fresh and they have so very unique rolls. They recently remodeled which has given the place a very modern lounge type of feel. The drinks are good, nothing to scream about though. Highly recommended place for anyone who likes sushi! Lastly, the service has always been very good with no major complaints to give!
